  omg can I please catch a break?   I am so unwell I have napped. Unheard of apart from when I had glandular fever as a teen and flu in my early 20s. I can usually barely sleep at night in optimum conditions, let alone nap. Tested negative for COVID yesterday. Will test again this evening cos I have The Fear. But I think it's likely just a cold and my fucked body can't fight it.

  Very grateful that @IvysRequiem is sorting some admin for me today, including fixing my error in making the delay repay claim for the absolute trashfire that was our trip to Birmingham the other weekend, and contacting my wheelchair seller to see if they will do anything about the broken wheel housing thanks to Cardiff's pavement.

  Well this afternoon was utterly fucking terrifying. I was feeling real sketchy before my UC appt. Started being real dizzy and faint during it, lady doing it said she could see me going paler. Getting out of the taxi at home my legs just stopped working and I ended up laying on the front room floor twitching and unable to move for 30+ minutes. If I'd been on my own I dread to think how differently it would have gone.

  This is gonna sound judgemental but it's coming from an interested place not a judgemental place. It is so fascinating and confusing to me how only 5% of Americans are eating enough fibre. I'm out here getting between 100% and 200% of my daily fibre intake everyday without even trying. Yay for loving veggies and fruit. I can't imagine not eating tonnes of those things.

  OMFG - the morality section of my uni course is fucking soul destroying. Only 10-15% of people over 20 consider true justice rather than just what they're told to do by law/social rules. Around 5% of people are considered to be ‘consistently’ at Stage 5 reasoning (prioritising human rights). There is a whole 6th stage, caring about everyone involved and wanting everyone not to suffer, which is so rare people don't even agree on if it exists.... Jesus fucking christ.
