Another frost, another sunrise, catching the last crescent, and its watery reflection. Left the indoor bed to go create outdoor beds. interruption for happy dogs greetings, then back to work, then more work, then cleaning and wiping and messing and tiring. Busy day. Drops, panic, dilation, left, right, wait, nothing to worry thanks. Rain. A quick online order. With the primary, lots to think about, sleepless nights and flashback days. How hard it is to reach out. Self aware of self awareness. Food. A quick work shift. Talk ethical generative AI. This one gives me hope. Finish with a dash of cinnamon. 5am, a human howl.
