Man Ubuntu 26.04 replaced a lot of included applications with greatly improved versions! This is great as a lot of them look dated with the libadwaita changes in the core applications.

Using home-manager on non NixOS systems can be a bit funky since some things expect to be able to save into ~/.config and ~/ in general.
