  I really enjoyed reading this piece in The Atlantic about happiness. https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2022/03/why-we-are-never-satisfied-happiness/621304/ In short, it takes courage to be happy. You will have to unlearn decades of habits, fight society’s view and probably yourself. I don’t think I am ready to take the leap - also I do think it helps the author to have been already very successful - but apparently worth it.
