  Effortpoast: Race went well. Got dive bombed by bats twice had a raccoon fall from a tree and almost land on me. First six miles were paved bike path so I caught some time with 10:00 pace until I hit the technical portion. Took a wrong turn around midnight and ran six bonus miles. Was running on pace to finish around 13:00-13:30 until then. Ended up just under 15. Not disappointed at all. 4500 ft of climb. It was the deep decents that killed me.   Two days out. Picked up my swag and my bib today. Got a free sports massage. Good stuff. Taking inventory tonight. Still debating on whether I want to make a drop bag or not for the halfway point. Emailed the leadership team at work this afternoon to let them know in was taking tomorrow off to mentally prepare. I also have an interview at 1pm, but they don't need to know about that.

  Bogey free round until hole five. But on six I was throwing blind from the fairway like 100ft out toward a down hill slope and managed to catch a little tree love 10 ft from the basket.

  Baby Birb shows up at like 5am. (15 hrs drive straight through) She's gonna take a nap then go to the gym then we can go disc golfing then hit the lake for paddle boarding and swimming. She's totally not my kid, must have been switched at birth. :peepoGiggle:

  New dentist office. I was worried because of the location. Nothing sus when I checked in. As I was getting an x-ray I hear... chirp... Thankfully I was not the only with the ability to hear the ceiling bird and the battery was promptly replaced. They're using caramel flavored polish. IDK how I feel about that. 6/10 they tried to rape me with unnecessary products, but the cleaning was painless.
