It&#39;s heartbreaking to explain my suffering to others and find no one who responds to my story. Is this neglect, or is there another reason? As a doctor, I implore you to read my story and support my cause. After working as a physician and providing humanitarian services to people, I have unfortunately found no one to offer me any help. Something nobody talks about: The dollar is collapsing against the shekel. Before: $1 = 3.56 shekels Today: $1 = 2.98 shekels That means every dollar you donate now buys us less.
