@schlingel @flowinho Wenn du Immich benutzen willst, guck dir mal Storage Templates in Immich an - damit kannst du die Ordnerstruktur für die von Immich abgelegten Originale angeben, d.h. du kannst den ganzen Kram auch zur Not wieder ohne Immich direkt im FS betreiben, wenn die Dateien für dich passend strukturiert abgelegt sind. Immich geht aufm Pi, Spaß hats mir aber nicht gemacht. Würde da auf jeden Fall die Image Detection/AI-Sachen ausschalten. https://docs.immich.app/administration/storage...

@Malik Ganz rudimentäres Editing (Resize, Crop, Filter) kann Immich. Die iOS 26 Background Sync API geht afaik nicht, weil Apple sich nicht vorstellen kann dass eine App nicht unbedingt immer an genau eine Domain gebunden ist sondern Leute auch Sachen selbst betreiben 🤪

1/2 #linux Welt, ich brauch mal eure Insights: Es gibt ja genügend Quellen, bei denen sich Linux-Neulinge bei der Paketinstallation gerne mal in den Fuss schießen, z.B. indem Steam nicht als Flatpak sondern über apt installiert wird und wegen irgendwelchen weirden Abhängigkeiten dann das Xorg oder Wayland zerhaut (Linus Tech Tips). Trotzdem wird überall Linux Mint oder Ubuntu verwendet, anstatt ggf. auch mal Immutable-Distros (wie Silverblue, Kinoite, Bazzite, Aeon etc.) anzuschauen...
