HARLAN COUNTY, KENTUCKY FORCES AN ICE RETREAT ICE came to Harlem County claiming to be making a 'drug bust', but they were NOT. People in the county quickly created a notification network, found out where they were, and exposed their detainment of immigrants, PLUS proof that there was no drug bust.
