I see that, despite #DuckDuckGo &#39;s huge &quot;no&quot; to slop, they&#39;re still enabling slop by default and it is still treated as a first-class feature in their offerings.

Spent about a day carefully reading the docs, and taking notes, on systemd-nspawn and about five minutes downloading a minimal #Debian install and running a single command to get a lightweight container running. Lots of security sandboxing features available.

I am guessing that people more clever than I have already considered/implemented some sort of subnetting of UIDs/GIDs, to support formalised groups of the identifiers in cases where a system is running containers etc.
