Yet another toot regarding #FreeBSD and #tvheadend with a #Hauppauge WinTV duoHD - while it is possible for me to pass the #v4l2 driver via #webcamd to the userspace and actually get DVB devices like /dev/dvb/adapter01 etc. the programs I want to use with these devices just won't work properly. Unfortunately, tvheadend or the commad line tool w_scan simply can't find any station over DVB-C. Using the same hardware that works without problems on Linux. Meh. So one solution I found is t...

Finally!! It&#39;s back!! 🥳 Last October, I gave my #Amiga1200 to a friend who gave it to a friend so that this friend would perform a full #recapping of the machine. The reason being that despite the chips being &quot;good&quot; I just got no audio out of it. And yesterday I got it back - all fixed, tested and working. I&#39;m so happy! #Amiga

Schicksalsspiel ... ich schreibe ja wenig bis gar nicht über meine zweite große Leidenschaft, #Fussball und vorallen #F95 aber in diesem Fall mache ich eine Ausnahme: Am Samstag hat der #FCSchalke04 die große Chance, seine Rückkehr in die #Bundesliga perfekt zu machen. Ich gönne es der Mannschaft und dem Verein. I wanted to be able to run #VolksForth for the #Commodore64 from a .CRT image so that it becomes immediately available at power on (just like you can do with #DurexForth ). So I found this nice little #Python script below which converts your *.PRG file to a *.CRT file and adds a bootloder to it. I was lucky to find a #RetroScaler 2x at a very affordable price and just couldn&#39;t resist. Today it arrived, along with 3 meters of #Commodore64 video cable. The latter features Composite, SCART *and* S-Video plugs, so now I&#39;m settled.
