I stumbled onto another slur for the scheming merchants and their traitor frens, [Slit-Ear] it refers to guild members that in Germany often wore a gold earring to signify guild good standing and when they transgressed out of good standing, by swindling or whatever, they-[Guild members catching them out] often yanked the earing, often having earlobe torn, leaving a slit, rightfully marking them as a no good swindling rat.
