  The very purpose of creating most company’s is to limit liability of shareholders and staff. It’s significantly easier to commit crimes with the knowledge that the system can’t come after your liberty or wealth for those crimes.

  HSBC enabled fraud in the hundreds of billions, and they didn’t have even remotely equivalent consequences. How about only accepting measures that impose great risk on the privacy of the working class once corporate and political criminals face the same level of “justice” and consequences as the working class?
