I’ve sat across from CISOs mere hours after being used as the public face of a breach they didn’t cause, CISOs walking into roles where every relationship they need is already damaged, and CISOs saying out loud, often for the first time, that they don’t know if they want to keep doing this job. This shit drives me insane. Describe the specific changes in the goddamn email. Don’t make people go to another platform &amp; dig through a laundry list of settings hoping to identify the new thing. Companies who are proud of their privacy investments don’t hide them. #PrivacyComms
