  I’m feeling like I really turned a corner after the last chiro visit on Monday. The pain dropped off sharply. I rode my bike to a friend’s house yesterday too and it was Okay. I woke up in a bit less pain than yesterday. Progress! Here’s a very appropriate meme.

  @troublewithwords 😅 If possible I’d try to get a new touch up paint. You could try to reconstitute it (I wouldn’t hazard a guess with it seeing the jar about which solvent?) but you’re liable to get a better result from fresh. (source: knows about paint, not cars)

  I composed a whole message about therapy stuff and then forgot to post it, wow. Anyway I met with the travel agent yesterday and she had a lot of advice. The thing she can’t decide for me is how to break up the trip. Right now I’m kinda sitting at London/York/Edinburgh but every time I try to write it down I go: “but that’s not enough days in London, is it…?” 🥲
