I'd probably save quite a lot of space by having a rig one sees in restaurants where pots and pans are hanging from. Would at least free up one cabinet for storage. Problem is it wouldn't work with my kitchen layout.

My ice cube trays produce ice cubes that are just too big to fit into a TO-48 bottle.

Every time there is a heatwave announced I get my hopes up just to be disappointed. It's not cold at least. That's something.

Right, one of the saddest things about late spring/early summer is watching all the green spaces getting mowed down to then turn brown, because civilisation collapses when grass is even a smidge too long apparently.

Yeah, I'm noticing the lack of sleep Got surprisingly much done regardless today.

Maybe I should remember author names whose writing styles I dislike so I don't pick up other titles by them accidentally. Although this one seems okay while also being annoyingly slow-paced.

Damn, I'm really in the mood for tortilla pizza but I have smoked salmon I have to use up today.

Eh, I could use the weather to make some progress on some projects, but honestly, I'm just going to enjoy it as much as possible. I deserve that much after having to endure the cold for so long.

Wanted to do some more computer touching today, but I think I'm going to postpone that.

Back to bed reading. I wonder if I should switch to the summer blanket yet but it would suck if the temperature drops again.

Ah, was wondering why my terminals sometimes get "stuck" and thought something was wrong with that server but it turns out it is an awkward bug with the keyboard layout switcher I'm using which as far as I understand somehow prevents the terminal from accepting input sometimes.

Now that I learned about the existence of Subnautica 2 I'm in the mood to play the first one again.

The Epic store is such a huge failure that I bought almost every freeby on Steam again just because dealing with the launcher is too tedious.

One day I will rip my pants (and I'm surprised it didn't happen yet) because I don't bother to pull them down all the way when sitting on a toilet.

Right, I still don't like comedy and especially not "romantic" comedies. I just don't understand what's supposed to be funny about stalking, abduction, other boundary violations and incest

Oh wow, I wasn't prepared to hear about the parent company trying to wiggle out of a bonus payment, which was part of the acquisition contract, in the most incompetent and shady way possible.

Ah yes, the smell of warm dust I need to clean my PC soon-ish

Still unfortunate that one cannot put solar panels on the cyclops anymore. Yes, it was broken and incredibly cheesy, but that's why it was fun.

Fuck When did I become an optimist?!

There are instructions for making traps out of old plastic bottles but I find using old twist-off jars way simpler. Drill or poke holes in the lid big enough for them to get in, fill jar with enough fruit-based vinegar for them to drown in (I use apple cider vinegar), put lid on and it's done. A lot less effort than cutting old bottles.

Mastodon always cites "feedback" for their frequent UI changes and every time I internally scream "From whom and where?!"

I'm surprised how much I still remember from my first playthrough. It keeps coming up as I go which is a bit awkward.

Ugh, I hate "Your order is being prepared for shipping" e-mails. Tell me when it's shipped or if there is a delay, tell me there is a delay. This is just spam.
