Always entertaining to see the ABC #Vancouver councilors try and throw the Vancouver City Staff under the bus for the villages plan débâcle.

Never put a treadmill and an air conditioner on the same circuit. Partner fired up A/C while I was on said treadmill in the basement, I got launched! #running

I shredded my feet on some barnacled rocks coming ashore from my last open water swim. Funny how you don't feel much pain at the time, but your feet look like hamburger when you finally haul out. Fortunately, the feet really heal fast due to the salt water. I will probably invest in some neoprene booties. #openWaterSwimming

Woe betide those driving high compression engines in this gasoline market. Single malt scotch is cheaper! Ride a bike and stop at the jar store for some Glenfiddich instead!

One of my biggest disappointments as a kid science nerd, was that meteorology didn't involve actual meteors, unless of course, you were a dinosaur.

The CPU fan on one of my boxes gave up the ghost. I found a suitable replacement fan from a German company called Be Quiet! So far, it's living up to it's name!

Riding my bike up 16th and Blenheim hill this morning, I move left out of the right turn lane to allow a bus to get set for the stop that I know is straight through the intersection. Bus pulls along side, a fist is proffered through the open driver side window. Fist bump!! #bikeyvr #cycleyvr

@rye Take the wheel off, the pads too, and blast it with WD40. Leave it over night, then gently turn it to force the mechanism to move again.

I think I need to tow a little red wagon full of phones behind my bike. This is a whole new take on a Radio Flyer! https://www.vice.com/en/article/this-man-created-traffic-jams-on-google-maps-using-a-red-wagon-full-of-phones/

47 was given the bell from a scrapped RN submarine, HMS Trump. It's literally a bell end. Once I figured out what was going on, I howled! #uspoli https://www.slangsphere.com/what-does-bell-end-mean-in-slang-5-essential-shocking-facts/

Swimmer's mind: Driving home after workout, and every gas station was selling gas at my skill pace. I guess premium is a bit slower. #swimming

A friend bought a non-operational e-bike that "apparently" just needed a charger and adapter. Turns out there's a bit more going on with it than that! A sense of duty has kept me from running away as fast as I can, screaming. #ebikes #cycleyvr
