Got a #Mastodon question. If I Redirect my account, do followers auto follow the one I&#39;m directing them to, or is that only with Moving?

Hm. Thinking about setting up a redirect to my new instance instead of a full on move. Y&#39;all would have to manually follow me there if I did that, right? That&#39;s the advantage of the move? I would like to save more of my stuff from here, but I&#39;m lazy. XP #Mastodon #metaverse #redirect
