I think it&#39;s a universal law that any company that exclusively sells software through a sales team (while having no fully automated self on boarding process) will sell licenses/SKUs of the software that have no relationship to the actual structure of the software or the features that can be toggled on and off for a customer.

I don&#39;t know when it happened, but firefox changed their error page and it sucks. A 404 (with no body content) now shows &quot;Could not connect to server&quot;. This is the same error it shows if I make up a fake url pointing to a domain with no DNS.
