  Ok- this is a bit over 2 minutes long and if you don’t like #spiders scroll on. This jumping spider lives in my studio and took a walk on my monitor this morning. I noticed it reacted as I was moving my cursor …. Peaceful interaction and interesting to see when it noticed the movement! #Eyes-everywhere!!! #Pincers-pinching!

  Slowly planning for a fabric sale at the end of the month when the neighbourhood is having its' community yard sale. I have a fully booked morning, so I have reached out to some students to see if anyone is available to assist me while I have my client appointments. So, I hope to move some deadstock that has been in my space for waaaayyy too long. Must begin the organizing! #sale 8 am to 1 pm May 30 2026 Ottawa - Lowertown area!

  A friend just posted on his blog that he “wrote” a book using AI. And he’s offering it for free. He had previously co wrote a book with his wife, so he knows how much work is involved. He commented that some of the passages he would have written differently but he is not here to judge anyone’s use of ai. I am… I just cannot comprehend… I don’t understand how anyone who has put effort into any creative endeavour would go down this path. #noAi
