Probably the quickest release of BuFFI yet (made possible by utilizing the latest Rust beta). No issues this time and we got to use a much newer version of rustdoc-types as well. We won't be so lucky for 1.90.0 though. ๐ But the changes look manageable. ๐ค https://crates.io/crates/buffi/0.3.2+rust.1.89.0 #rust #rustlang #ffi

I hate the automatic translations of YouTube oh so much ... they have now reached a new level of ludicrous. Why can't we just turn this feature off??

BuFFI 0.3.3 is now released and supports #Rust 1.90.0! This one took a bit longer, holidays and a conference got in the way. :) Happy to be on the latest version of rustdoc-types again. Luckily enough I remembered that I had a stash lying around somewhere with some of the changes that were necessary. https://crates.io/crates/buffi/0.3.3+rust.1.90.0

First BuFFI update in a while that didn't require us to make any changes for Rust 1.91.0. Bumped the version anyway to communicate that clearly. ๐ #rust #rustlang https://crates.io/crates/buffi/0.3.4+rust.1.91.0

Yay if Iโm not confusing this for something else this might allow us to rework some parts of BuFFI to look a lot less hacky. ๐ https://hachyderm.io/@adotinthevoid/115567774381618277

Iโve waited until iOS 26.4 to update from iOS 18 with the hope that most of the issues of the initial release would have been resolved. And still, Iโve encountered more visual glitches with 26.4 than with any major iOS update before it. I cannot imagine how 26.0 felt. ๐ซ #liquidglass #iOS
