So, is this an instance of the utter ineptitude of the Secret Service to secure a perimeter or is this a set-up &quot;attack&quot; to goose Trump&#39;s poll approval levels?

Something to note about the Hungarian election is that the Orban&#39;s FIDESZ party engaged in GOP style gerrymandering to try to skew election results in their favor in their voting districts. They ran into the problem of high turnout, which is the Achilles heel of gerrymandering. They gave themselves FIDESZ majority districts, but with margins that *only* work if turnout is light or ordinary.
