  @pluralistic I did it. I switched mastodon servers. The documentation provided by mastodon is pretty straightforward. I would add a few things for semi-normies like myself. Mainly, step 1. download your profile image. 😬

  @session is ending, maybe. I've had messages that took hours or days to be delivered, some were never delivered. I looked into running a node, they made it expensive and complicated by using tokens, staking, and rewards. I pay/donate for things that WORK. I think other people would too.
