I mean. If you want to use it in a serious project, that anime-looking girl is completely out of place.

On the mobile app, when you open it there’s a non-removable FIFA widget in the home page. I hate it.

Qwant is French and they’ve been partnering with Ecosia to build a European index.

I installed Jellyfin “barebones” on my machine, without Docker, and it works great. No need to Dockerize everything all the time.

+1 for Miniflux, super nice and it has a polished interface. You can also access it through third-party apps such as NewsFlash (for Linux) or NetNewsWire (for mac, you just need to enable “Google Feeds APIs” in Miniflux for that).

Exactly. It’s important that we stop saying “sideloading”, we should just say “install directly” or some other non-loaded expressions

She had a Telegram bot to control it remotely. But she kept saying stupid things to the bot (like “nooo stop openclaw!” instead of just “stop”) and the bot kept doing random stuff.

I’ve been watching that movie for 20 years and I had never understood what he was eating and why he had red lips. Turns out pistachios used to be dyed in the US.

What if somebody used archive.today to bypass a paywall and then archived that using Web Archive? (So we’re sure the content stays the same)

I don’t agree. I started using the web as a curious 8 years old. I was pretending to be an adult in order to sign up to forums, chat with people, etc. Yes, I was exposed to porn, gore (remember goatse?) but that didn’t make me dumb or a molester. But nothing beats what I learned thanks to the internet. Endless days spent on programming forums, reading articles on a newborn Wikipedia, etc. Even just talking with older people than me made me learn how to deal with things and life. I don’...

Sure about that? I can’t check now, but I think there’s an option in the advanced Export to… window.
