grateful to be in Tlingit Aaní I live in the cool wet forests of <a href="https://alaskan.social/tags/SEAlaska" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#SEAlaska</a>. Shout out for Yéil Kundayaayí (pub. SHI ) by @rebeccanagle.bsky.social There’s a new book of Tlingit stories published in Tlingit! Things like books &amp; movies in Indigenous languages r so necessary to keep our languages alive. 4:15 pm: 34F, medium snow We were shovelling the 5 inches from the last day or so, and during our hour, another half inch fell. Weʼve heard that at least one food truck is iced into its winter spot for at least another three weeks.
