See my pinned posts and #NCDauction for other items. Bidding is open on all items! From @feralphilosophernc One dozen hand (yes, just the one) made empanadas. These will be apple, wrapped in scratch crust made with butter and duck fat. Lot winner chooses whether they are baked, or pan fried. There’s no picture since they haven’t been made yet. So use your imagination!

Who wants hot chocolate! Let’s stir together a 1:2 ratio of cocoa powder and brown sugar in a small pot. The brown sugar dissolves better than white sugar and I think tastes better with the cocoa. Add a splash of vanilla. And a scoop or more of collagen powder. It makes it taste like marshmallows! And it also improves texture. Plus who doesn’t need more collagen in their life, right?
