  Rescheduled my friend date day with my college bestie, after escaping work early we headed out to lunch and then plant shopping! I got more seed starting mix for my tomatoes, a bay laurel tree sapling (and no, I don’t think they overwinter here so ask me in a few years how THAT’S going), some onion starts, sage seeds, and a new heirloom tomato seed.   I have seen my robin friends around for a few weeks, but was devastated that they didn’t seem to be nest building on our property. Since we moved in, we have had a nest in our deck eaves every year from some generation of this family. Today I went out to take out the compost and found this!!!
