  I just want to mention one thing that's super prevelant in Twitch spaces: The 'Everybody is welcome' approach and streamers being unwilling to take action in their own communities. The reason is quite simple: More people, more viewers, more $$$. 'No conflict please, no political discussions'. A lot of streamers don't actually care who their viewers and members are, as long as they're giving them attention (and money). That's the truth. ✌🏻

  It really freaking bugs me if I get woken up at 4 AM by an aircraft that is very clearly there and has been circling for over 10 minutes but no aviation map is showing it. I know that at some point in the past there were different maps but somehow now they're all the same without complete information.   Currently so giddy about life. It's really a mix of nostalgia, excitement about new media, friends being lovely, and the new apartment. There's lots to do and events to go to and I just feel really content about it all. Life is pretty crazy, but also fun. 🫪

  It's been hot as heck in Berlin, but we're surviving thanks to my Floridian wife who insisted we get an AC in 2021. Our living room has been a smooth 22-23°C, but our kitchen is 29°C today. The hall functions as an airlock right now, and all doors within the apartment stay closed. 😂 We also got an ice cube maker last year, since we don't have an ice maker in the fridge. Well, barely anyone here does. I feel prepped and fortunate to not be suffering as much as we could. 🫡

  One of the surprises of adulthood is noticing new things entering the world and markets unregulated, and seeing how long it takes until laws are put in place to regulate it. As a kid you think things need to be approved and regulated first, but that's seldom the case. There are always loopholes, and our world changes rapidly every day. Not good or bad, just interesting to see.
