  A couple of interesting FOX NEWS polls for Texas tonight. Interesting bc of the source for sure. They show Talarico +3 and Abbott only +1. That's pretty tasty. One poll in July isn't going to overly excite me .... but it's also not nothing. Very different from consensus polling thus far.

  James Talarico set a first quarter record for US Senate fundraising in Texas with 27mm raised. Before you get too excited though, know that Beto set the all time single quarter record in Texas for US Senate with 38mm raised in Q3 2018 .... and he lost. Just goes to show it's not ALL about the money. Still, it's an encouraging sign, especially while his opponent still has to go through a runoff.

  Book 6 on my #StephenKing re-read journey. The adaptation run of SKs early work is incredible. Here's another collection of stories. 3 have been made into movies. 2 of those have been made into what are considered Classic Movies of the highest order. Unreal.
