• ADHD parents, how do you teach your kids that we can sometimes be a bit overbearing for others?

  ADHD kids and also adults I guess can sometimes be a bit much for normies especially when we get excited. I know I do. Sometimes I even hyper fixate on a person for a while. I learned this by alienating a lot of friends over the years. It hurts a ton to be rejected so often especially as a kid and teen.
