  I want to develop a small project to try out some technologies. Could be web or desktop-application. What I need is a idea for something that would be actually useful for artists. I have some ideas, but most have been done before, so a question to the community: What app would actually be useful to you, and does not already exist?   @retech@corteximplant.com Thanks for the ideas, sound actually useful, but not for what I had in mind. A materials finder would be basically a product search, there are countless of them. I did actually build something like that a long time ago. I assume shipping price aggregator means "I have package with size/weight, what does it cost to ship?" That and the show-finder would be good examples, except that the main work would be to keep the data up-to-date, especially if not...

  I recently heard the best way to explain faceblindness: Apples. Can you tell apples apart? Yes, they look similar, but there are differences. But could you recognize that specific apple among 50 similar ones? If an apple addressed you on the street, could you remember where you've seen it before? That is how it feels to be faceblind.
