@Fox @phoneboy I have made no bones about the fact I am not religious I use “God” as a term because everyone can relate to it. I will spare a large rant here on how Christianity insist they are the one and only and all others are shyt. Not withstanding the fact that religions number in the 100s or more and to talk to if you believe in a higher power you must gather in a sanctioned place to be able to commune with it. Don’t even get me started on tithing.

@ryan but but but it’s pretty and shiny and new and I want it. That’s is the typical mindset no thought as to whether I need it. As @admin stated, and I agree, I would have far less pew pews in my arsenal if I had that mindset. I can however say our pew pew addiction needs no updates, doesn’t break cuz a programmer pushed shitty code without testing it, and pisses off liberals who can’t understand amendments.

@ThewTheKooky @ryan @admin I’ll expand slightly and briefly on why I state that, I have plenty of friends who fuss about why a civi needs an AR-15 and my response is “ Because I Can”. I’m legally allowed to do so, I think our gun laws are a joke and when they fix the laws, which I’m not holding my breath on, then maybe you won’t worry so much about Why I NEED to own one. It’s not about tougher laws it’s about better laws.
