When I met my wonderful husband (@ksawatsky) almost 10 years ago in Vancouver, I told him almost immediately: no kids, no marriage. The no kids still stands, but I proposed 11 months later π With families on both sides of the country, we were able to organise a fun party, and had the most perfect day. This amazing human being has been my light and rock for so long now. I'm not sure I would be here today without him. 7 years married today π π

Hi π Now that I've trained a couple new mods for #mstdnca, it's time for me to say goodbye and relax a little. I am leaving my position as moderator today, but I'm leaving you in good hands, I promise! I am extremely thankful for having been a part of this journey, and been able to help some of you during the past year. It has been very rewarding and, let's be honest, you guys are an easy community to love and help π I'll also be migrating to #Ottawa...

Lol I've never had that happened before! While looking through our #translation memory, I found... a text about me π Probably the only time I ever made it into a public text haha This was about all the work (and daily overtime) I did to help with the Syrian refugee crisis. Probably the most proud I've ever been about my job π
