Miniature jugs, less than 1 inch that can be strung on cord to wear, with a bit of cotton inside and a drop of favorite essential oil or perfume. The funny thing about farmers markets, art fairs, street festivals, etc., is that it&#39;s often impossible to gauge how they&#39;ll turn out. I thought yesterday would be a pretty ordinary day at our local market, but with lots of tourists from more northerly climates visiting, it turned out to be a very good day. This 20 inch necklace is finally finished. Inspired by Hellenistic era apotropaic eye beads, but with a selection of more transparent colors than one would find on ancient examples.
