If we could "save" USA (we can't), then a few changes: 1. No one over 70 years old can hold office of President. 2. Every current member of Congress is out, new elections 2 weeks before the fall voting. Open primary. You get 50% plus one, you are in. If not, election day the top two stand. 3. All federal judges have 10 year terms. 4. All pharma and AIPAC lobbyist detained in Guantanomo.
