    Seeing what Bill Pulte&amp;#39;s now doing as acting DNI brought to mind my investigations of manipulation and fraud on Twitter. As you can see by the photo, he and fellow St Louis native Jack Dorsey were great mates, joining together for something they labelled &amp;quot;TwitterPhilanthropy&amp;quot;.

    I&amp;#39;ve been rather quiet on my chart-rigging investigation, but that&amp;#39;s because I&amp;#39;ve moved into exploring the actual nuts and bolts of how it all works.
