#running #laufen #longrun Hab seit ewiger Zeit mal wieder einen (für meine Verhältnisse sehr) langen Lauf gemacht, bin zufrieden. Hätte mir vielleicht noch nen Snack für die letzten Kilometer einplanen sollen.

#running #laufen #longrun Heute 14km durch die süchtelner Höhen gelaufen. Insgesamt ca 230 Höhenmeter gemacht. War heute nicht ganz so fit, dafür bin ich zufrieden, dass ich gelaufen bin. Am 30.5. ist dann ein Halbmarathon dran!

Did a long run with a friend 17,5 km at a pace of 7:00. Exhausting because of the temperature. But it felt good! Next week it&#39;s time for my first official half marathon. #running #run #laufen #halbmarathon
