We&amp;#39;re wasting billions in fuel just to shuttle around jackets people don&amp;#39;t even use in an emergency. Guess how many people put their jacket on when the plane landed on the Hudson?     If I had a single wish, I honestly might ban private motorized transit. Like I try and think of all the improvements and changes and whatnot that I could make with a single, specific wish and that might be a good one. Or make everyone tetrachromatic.
