  On the Iron age in TN. There is skepticism about the dates but a lot of the skepticism is fuelled by racism and political needs and such. Some skepticism needs to be there except I think we need larger collaboration to answer that convincingly. I am a believer in the dates. I think it's quite likely, but there needs to be some kind of larger, international collaboration perhaps with archaeologists from other places invited to verify the findings and perhaps lead further excavations.

  Town Hall in Madras has been renovated I hear and they're going to use it as a full time cultural venue with exhibitions of Tamil and Madras history etc. Can I get the Curator and Event Director job please? Who do I tag to make this happen? Mayor? CM?

  TN Govt's new #Transgender Person's policy. So terribly disappointed. This is a watered down, useless document that does nothing and says nothing that hasn't been said before. And it is horribly bent towards just one part of the trans community.

  You know what would be a fantastic niche business idea A clothing store which displays clothes in just one colour or best two. Grey and white. Clothes are all in soft, mildly textured natural fibres. Cotton, maybe some linen. Not pokey wool. No seam construction. No tags or removable tags. Wider necks. You try the different outfits on, and if you like the fit and size and all, you can get an ai thingy to apply select small colours or patterns on a photo of you. Or in the mirror. That you choose

  My toxic trait is believing I can convince someone in power to create a long-distance, luxury sleeper train journey for TN, starting from Chennai and hitting all major points across the state and returning to Chennai 12 days later.
