@funnymonkey yeah that’s an interesting one, and part of how anti-vax and tradwife culture have become weird big tents. Growth in homeschooling is a response to “education isn’t working”, but the primary sources of homeschool curriculum skew heavily towards conservative values. The edtech blowback is moving folks from both sides of the aisle into the “classical schools” community, which also skews heavily towards conservative values. Without other options people will just do what they believ...

@douglevin Anthropic is very good at the &quot;we are so scared of our own machines&quot; hype method. The only thing any AI models are going to do is lower the entry bar for RAAS platforms. Schools still need to shore up the fundamentals around identity and permissions. Mythos and other AI suites don&#39;t change the primary attack vectors. Just volume and speed. Maybe the sky is falling and the end is nigh. . . I still gotta pay my rent by Friday. So I&#39;ll keep tasking...
