Wild yeast Elderflower Wit This is so good. Obviously I'm biased because I brewed it, but it's just so nice and refreshing and delicious. Elderflower is definitely present in the nose and flavor. Tastes great on a warm summer afternoon. #CurrentlyDrinking #Homebrewing #Beer #Wit #WildYeastFTW

Happy Syttende Mai to my Norwegian friends! I hope you have a wonderful time celebrating. We had some lefse with lunch and I'm drinking a beer fermented with Espe kveik. Gratulerer med dagen! #SyttendeMai #Norway

So I run Ubuntu and also do occasional graphic design stuff and having a billion Noto fonts in the font list is super annoying, so I duckduckwent and found this little script and it looks to have worked. https://gist.github.com/jimmckeeth/6314cf5c50e225b8954641f8b9df379e #Ubuntu #FontManagement

Picked some Juniper berries at Sapphire Point outside of Breckenridge CO. When I get home they'll go into a yeast starter and we'll see if we can get a good culture for making beer. #WildYeast #Fermentation #HomeBrewing
