Sunday is my mum's 80th birthday. I'm going to take some analogue photographs. She also asked for a commemorative photo with her children. That shouldn't be a problem. I'm also going to put an old analogue camera on the table so that every guest can take photos.

On the coffee table today: Apple crumble cake and hand-roasted, hand-ground Arabica coffee from the Bialetti. Accompanied by a good book: Masterclass Photography by Paul Lowe.

I took portrait photographs today and learned a lot once again. My mother was a good model; she ordered the pictures. The tools were a Mamiya C330 and Nikon F6 on Ilford FP 4 plus and Foma 400. Now it's time to develop and scan. #filmphotography

As a motorcyclist and paramedic, I simply cannot understand this behaviour. It feels as though 80% of motorcyclists ride in trainers, jogging bottoms or jeans and a jumper, and often without gloves too. A helmet alone cannot make up for the lack of protective clothing.
