These jams are just the perfect vibe for where I am in my year and energy. Im pretty sure we’re all on low-power mode at this point. But this might be the most restrained #phish I’ve ever seen. Admittedly I have a lower-than-average sample to draw from… but I stand by my analysis. They’re keeping their powder dry. NYE is going to be something else this year! #yemsg

If you’ve been applying endlessly and hearing nothing back, it’s not a personal failure. The job market is soft, but more importantly, hiring is broken. I spent time with recruiter Will Wegert unpacking what’s actually happening &amp; what human paths still leak through a very inhuman system. My echo just upgraded. It has been offering the update after every command. “no.” I turned the upgrade prompt off. It kept pushing. Finally, Amazon rolled out the update unilaterally and one day I was greeted with an irritating, uncanny valley voice. Now that a few weeks have passed, I will admit the NLP capabilities are much stronger. That’s been positive. But I don’t need a “Genuine People Personality” If I ask for tonight’s low, I don’t need you editorializing the friggin’ weather!
