    I need a #Bird #Scientist. I definitely saw a crow snatch a baby bird today. It was flying with it in its mouth literally being chased by a bunch of smaller sparrows, like 5 or 6 of them. I did not know they rolled like that.

    #threegoodthings 1. The house is clean. 2. Mom ate and took her meds without too much of an issue. (Breakfast &amp;amp; Dinner)!!! 3. I didn&amp;#39;t let someone gaslight me over something shitty they did to me 20 years ago.

    I recently deleted #Instagram from my phone. I&amp;#39;m definitely feeling some weird withdrawals. If #meta&amp;#39;s products weren&amp;#39;t addictive I don&amp;#39;t think I&amp;#39;d be feeling like this. I have to remind myself I&amp;#39;m not separating myself from my friends and family, I&amp;#39;m separating myself from a billionaire&amp;#39;s influence over my #habits and #data.
