So, after about 18 months on the public waiting list my number came up! Today I finally got my dodgy ankle seen to. (Ruptured a ligament about 18 years ago, and found out via MRI there was bits of bone floating around the joint. Hence the pain and reduction in movement). Ligament repaired, gnarly bits of growth, damaged cartilage and bone shaved away, and a floating chunk of bone removed (pictured). Should have done this years ago!
