  I made it to the endocrinologist (didn't know if I would, it was a bad morning) but my latest weight is 197, I made it under 200! Everyone who needs it should have acceas to these weight loss drugs but I heard some of us may be losing coverage for them as of January. 😥

  The best way to celebrate a birthday, to me, is going out to dinner. No decorations, no singing, no presents (I know, I'm a spoil sport), just a wonderful meal that everyone gets to enjoy. It's like one's birthday is an excuse for *everyone* to get the gift of yummy noms. Mmmm! 🥰

  I have many dreams of being homeless. I try to find places to sleep in the corners of other people's rooms, behind cars, beneath bushes, anywhere I can try to curl up. On cold days like this I am conscious every second of how lucky I am to have a warm place to sleep.

  How does one have pride when sick? This is the eternal tug of war. Self-hatred is not the answer but it is what I gravitate towards. I do not judge other people for being sick. How to give myself that same grace?

  I hate that I get tired out of nowhere. I was doing so well earlier. But I did accomplish a good deal, just not all that I'd wanted to. Remember to give yourself credit for the things you DO accomplish!
