Whole30 Day 9 I&#39;ve made a big tray of hamburger casserole. I didn&#39;t cook it long enough so the potatoes aren&#39;t quite fine, but I hope in reheating it will cook a little more. I&#39;m really liking the moka pot for Crio bru. I&#39;ve tried it a bit with coffee but will experiment more when the month is done. I now have ground goat! So I think I will make another stroganoff batch with that, although I&#39;m running low on souper cubes to store meals in.

Yooooo my stitches are way too tight for a k2tog. But the one place where I had looser tension looks terrible. 😩
