    One can use AI as an adjunct to therapy (not a replacement for a human) for many reasons, including that it is expert in many different approaches (e.g., emotion-focused therapy, metacognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, etc.) So (depending on your level of knowledge) you can ask it to take whatever approach you want.
