    Another week of rain. We did get a crop of strawberries but the loganberries are ruined for the most part. Still new berry babies, but if this rain keeps up, they&amp;#39;ll go the way of their sibs. The pumpkins, however, are very happy. #Gardening

    Lost at yarn chicken. The pattern called for the exact amount in the skein. I knew better, but wanted a walk on the wild side. This is the first pattern I&amp;#39;ve done that knits beads into it. I quite like how it looks.

    Mlle DoodleFace was so sick in March, we thought we would lose her. I wasn&amp;#39;t ready to let her go - I won&amp;#39;t ever be ready, tbh - so asked her to hang on until her 12th birthday. She not only hung on, but recovered &amp;amp; is back on the job. (She&amp;#39;s a professional criminal.) Her birthday photo from 2022 on the left and then today&amp;#39;s photo on the right.
