Just cancelled Comcast. By phone, because no other practical option besides going to a Comcast store. After politely declining to discuss our reasons for cancellation, I was put on a ten minute spite hold while they chewed bubble gum and waited to push a single button. It should be illegal to force consumers to do more than push a button on a website to cancel a service.

We have been working our way through the Homeland TV series. We’re on season 4 and the only reason to keep watching is an outlet for us to riff and catcall during episodes à la Mystery Science Theater 3000.
