  @uncannyvallie my only source is Böhmermann’s show on this tbh, but I would watch out for products with clear medicinal use (as in to be prescribed), since the freely available (and often very expensive) stuff is more homeopathic in its effects. If you do, let me know if it’s doing you some good? :)

  @uncannyvallie Ack, so stressful! I hate this! The receptionist told me on the phone to wear a mask in their practice, I replied: “of course, I would, have anyway!” Who’s the only one in the waiting room with a mask on…

  Ever since that big cold 8 weeks ago I’ve been constantly tired and exhausted. How can a single cold drain me out so much? As a chronically ill person I never had much energy to begin with. 😭

  Having a taxing hike with a friend while having one of the worst fatigue days in a fair while is quite something. There are passages I can barely remember because I just dragged my body up somewhere. Thought the movement would wake me up but no dice. Stop it body, I love hiking! Let’s cooperate, yes?

  @luebbermann ging mir genauso. Bei mir war die Grenze erreicht, als das Auschwitz Museum berichtete, dass neuerdings die Hasskommentare unter ihren Posts kein Verstoß mehr gegen die AGB waren. Das war dann nicht mehr mit meinem Gewissen vereinbar, dort zu bleiben.
